Outdoor swimming facility

The successful reconstruction of the Riviéra swimming pool and the town of Mikulov can boast a beautiful swimming pool with stainless steel pools, water slides and various pool attractions since this year's summer holidays. Both active swimmers who have a reserved space in the multipurpose pool with swimming lanes, as well as adrenaline lovers through a ride on a toboggan or slide will come into their own here. At the same time, the multipurpose pool includes a relaxation area, where you can find space to relax thanks to several massage jets, benches, loungers or spouts. The youngest visitors were also considered, for whom there is a two-level children's pool full of water and air attractions and a slide.

We divided the water treatment system into three recirculation circuits. Clean and chemically safe water in the pools is taken care of by automatic dosing stations that continuously measure and evaluate the current quality parameters of the water in the pools and then dose chemicals as needed. Chlorine gas is used for water disinfection, which is placed in a separate room of the chlorine plant and which is dosed into the water treatment system from a steel cylinder equipped with a valve. The entire system from the chlorine cylinder to the dosing into water is completely safe and works on the vacuum principle. In the event of any interruption in chlorine conduction, its dosing is immediately stopped and chlorine leakage from the cylinder is prevented. Part of the chlorine plant is an acoustic signaling of chlorine leakage. In order to save future operating costs, a device for dosing activated carbon is integrated into the recirculation system. This device eliminates bound chlorine and promotes water disinfection. One activated carbon dosing device producing up to 1200g of coal per hour is installed in each recirculation circuit.

A new engine room was built for the pool technology, where filtration equipment for all circuits, coal dosing and chlorination booster pumps are located. Part of the pool technology such as automatic dosing stations, attraction blowers, pool switchboard and chlorine plant are located in the original building.
